[thelist] CSS, H1 and Netscape

There is a specific NN CSS problem that I hate, and that is NN's
refusal to deal properly with padding underneath the header. There
is always extra padding underneath an h# tag on NN. So it adds
unwanted vertical space to your layout and makes it look funky.

For my own websites, I just say, "that's NN for you, too bad for NN,"
because I can still make it look okay, and at least it's degradable
and accessible. (The default size of h1 on most browsers is another
story...)

But when I build for Clients Who Don't Give a Crap About Accessiblity
(CWDGCAA) I end up using a "strong" with a class applied so I can get
the padding all perfect-looking.

Or, more likely. heh. a gif + alt tet.
