simple... there is a line of code with no spaces in it, and Opera 
treats it as a really long word, not wrapping it... you can see that 
code in your screen cap:

IE tends to wrap the text at the % symbols... Opera doesn't... 
that's all...

there are probably other pages on the site that do this, especially 
those that have really long URLs or the like...
