[thelist] Web Based Source Safe

I don't know if this has a web base solution, but you can buy a product
called 'SourceOffSite' that allows remote people to use SourceSafe over the
net. It's a separate app, not something that runs in the browser, but it may
meet your needs.

My group uses Perforce for source control. It has a web-based client as
well, although I've only used the app version of it.
