I'd contend that you, sir, are a cad :-)  for saying something
so dastardly.

MySQL/Win32 is stable and (now) GPL.

Activestate Perl had a *major* revision in the week before
Xmas and added support for about 1200 more CPAN modules.

It does work, it works *really* quickly, and if you're
stuck with NT it's a viable option.

(3 recent UF sites are NT4/IIS/Perl/MySQL hybrids and
they move like 5h!t off a shovel.)
