[thelist] PHP and anchors

OK... here's my URL:

options.php?user=Mr.%20P&page=1

If I put a "#anchor" in there, it ruins the querystring. It either will ruin
the $page variable, or it won't take it as an anchor. I'm trying ot make it
work.
