Yes, that's true, but not clued ones. I've seen ads for ASP skills requiring
more years' ASP experience than the length of time ASP has been available.
Agencies are the worst, often ("Languages: Pearl" [sic])

Yes. Even before experience is an appreciation that this stuff matters,
