Headhunter has about 450 employees at this point, but the technology group
is much smaller than that :)

The site has grown organically and changes are continually happening. For an
example of an interesting new feature, check out:

There's a List Cities link that helps if the city you enter is misspelled or
not in our database.

>From my experience with Headhunter (I worked with them on the Lycos Careers
redesign) they're a *very* small company but are trying hard. :) I know that
large companies shouldn't be the only ones user testing, but I don't know if
any of those guys have the time.
