[thelist] ADMIN: friendly reminder - trim posts

just a quick re-reminder to all on the list...

please trim your posts when replying.. cut out all the fluff that we 
don't need to see (footers, headers, content to which you aren't 
replying)... not only does it make the digest readers pleased as the 
proverbial punch, but it pleases the rest of us who parse email 
quickly and hate having to scroll...
