Is there a way to replace the default editor to be something other than
Word? I have Studio in the drop down, but would prefer to get rid of Word
in the toolbar.

Don't hack that Registry just yet! It's a two-step process to easily be able
to view your source in IE with something other than Notepad:

1) Add the Edit button to your Toolbar by right-clicking on it, choosing
Customize, and adding the Edit button to the Toolbar.

2) Under Tools > Internet Options > Programs, choose one of the available
programs as your HTML editor.

The next time you want to view source, click on the Edit button, and the
source will open in the HTML editor you chose. As for getting other apps on
the Programs drop-down list, I guess that's where hacking the Registry might
come in...
