[thelist] Cold fusion hosting + learning php

Hi all,

I was just wondering if any UK listers might be able
to recomend a reasonably cheap but reliable cold
fusion host. The site is relatively small but uptime
is important because of the potential cost of lost
orders. 

Also can anybody recomend a good book for learning
php. I've been told that it's less likely to fall over
than cold fusion and hosting is cheaper...
