[thelist] "base href" question

Thanks everyone for your input and answers. To answer the question on why
we're using base href is because of our development environment. This
website could be out of my hands and physically somewhere else soon. It
also lets us develop a large directory structured site without the use of a
webserver or having to dump the site at the root of a machine. Thanks
again, everyone - you all rock.
