Just picked up a copy of the PHP Developers Dictionary by SAMS Publishing.

The book is an amazing reference geared more towards advanced users, it contains, much like the In A Nutshell books from O'Reily the entire listing of the current PHP commands and their descriptions.  What they expect in terms of input, neatly laid out by subject, and then alphabetically.

Amazing reference, well worth the 40 bucks I laid out for it
