[thelist] mouseovers with layers??

I've done some mouseovers with layers and text. You might take a look at:

I'm still stuggeling with some differences in mouse position between IE 
and NS but am sure to get this done with a new, replacing site by the 
time it's officially released. (Sneak into: www.owad.de, but this is not 
ready yet.)
