	Netscape 4.x does not honor either background-attachment (which you
didn't use) or background-position. John's post didn't mention whether he
wanted it to remain fixed on the page (although this kind of arrangement
often does), but he does want it fully centered on the page. Netscape 4.x
can't do that (and if you've gotten it to work, I'd like to see a screen
print! :).
