CDONTS, the libraries you can install under IIS to send mail out, use the
IIS Pickup directory to send the emails, instead of connecting to the SMTP
server directly.

Makes that whole "Sending Files with IIS" thing kinda moot. It was fun doing
it though....

--just make sure the IUSR_<machinename> account has write permission to the
Pickup directory, and you're gold....
