[thelist] domain: how to purchase from current holder

I would use an Escrow for this.. there are a few places that act as escrow
accounts
- basically.. they are the buffer (the go between) to ensure it's a fair
deal.
I forgot off hand who does it.. there are a few. It's the safest way.
