+1 (or rather "nobody who *only* uses a WYSIWYG editor")

And some of it is the "WYSIWYG is all you need" mentality, until
the tools, code and browsers are as reliable as Quark/PostScript/
PS printers

Particularly when FrontPage sees fit to 'correct' your code to that which
optimises for Win/IE, and Adobe have stated that they don't actually
give a monkeys about standards, or accessibility.
