[thelist] design question... looking for feedback

I like the first one for its simplicity and yet unique use of shape and
form. One other thing to take into consideration is whether this logo
will be used in any other media than web. Will it be printed? If so,
how? Black and white, full color, half tone? Then the scales that it
might be used in also...side of a building, letter head, business cards.
After looking at all these I still think that the first logo will hold
up the best in all media and reproduce the best.

Just my 2 cents worth.
