Very odd that you made that graphic comments because in a past job that 
actual happenned to me.  I was working along one day and the CEO came up to 
me and "Blah blah blah, I want this by the end of the work day"  I said 
"okay" (fool) and it involved some graphics.  I can handle my own in 
graphics and so really I had no trouble but our actual graphic person was 
gone for the day getting a tatoo.  No joke!

Well people tell me I'm sensitive. I'm also anal, and like to be overtly
explicitly clear. :)

There's not enough specialization for any one web devigner to really truly
focus too much on one thing.
And what if the graphics guy is out getting a tatoo?
