He's talking about replacing the character with a valid character using ASP
code. 

He already knows it doesn't work. 

The code to do it is in my previous post.

	Although Netscape 6 supports it, ' is not a valid character
entity in the HTML 4.x recommendation. Use ' instead. Also, if you're on
an Intranet that uses a modern browser (i.e., IE 4+ or Netscape 6.x), you
can use ’ for a right-hand single quote mark.
