I've just had this with a client of ours.  Your domain's
DNS records aren't configured correctly.  Send me the
domain and server information and I'll tell you what's 
wrong.

<tip type="DNS">
Most mail servers will deliver mail to a domain with
an MX record containing a numeric address.

RFC822 says that record is *BAD*.  The bad news for 
you is that most of the few organisations who enforce
that rule are very large.  Hotmail is one.  Freeserve
in the UK is another.

The news gets worse:  they won't tell you what they're
doing, their employees are unable to reply to your
email, and - wait for this - sometimes it works
anyway, for months on end, then stops without warning.
