[thelist] 100% tables in Netscape 4 versions

hi all,

I have created a table w/ 100% width, and set specific widths for all cells
except the last, which i would like to stretch with the size of the browser
window.

in Netscape 4 versions only, the browser leaves about a 20px margin on the
right side, instead of allowing the table to stretch all the way to the edge
of the window.

has anyone seen or solved this before?
