[thelist] Float image / html over a flash movie?

Is it possible to float html or images (say, a jpg) over a flash movie?

I mean, that the flash movie is sitting in a content cell, in the middle of 
the page, and the left nav has cascading menus popping out to the right. 
(This is a psuedo-hypothetical situation - but look at something like 
http://www.webreference.com/dhtml/hiermenus/ - what if the content over 
which the menus come out isn't html content but is a flash movie?)
