Surf full-screen?  You gotta be kidding!  

According to the latest Neilsen numbers, the average user spends
57 seconds per page - which means *most* of his time is spent
downloading and rendering, not reading the page. You *really*
want to optimize a site for people who don't understand they can
*do* something with their computer while waiting?

Sheesh!  Even WebTV users are smart enough to be able to watch 
TV in the corner of the screen while waiting for that next page.
