[thelist] Netscape: Why does the table take the background of the table behind it?

If this hasn't been answered already, it's probably not the nested table
that's getting the background from the parent table, but rather the
individual cell of the parent table in which the nested table resides.
Netscape Navigator tends to replicate the table's background image into each
cell of the table.
