[thelist] <cferror> and NT/Unix differences

I'll be double-checking the mappings for the <cferror> templates.

However, when the cferror file wasn't found during development, we'd get an
error any time any page was loaded saying that the template file could not be
found. So, I would expect it to do the same thing on Unix (no matter if the
page has an error or not, app_globals.cfm would choke on <cferror>). Is that
not a good expectation?

The fact that it functions properly under Nt still has me thinking that the
problem
may be a casing issue. I would double check the filenames in the includes for
case.
You may also wish to compare the configuration of the two servers, mapping
directories
for the includes, and that that there are no other application files if the
caller is
in a subdirectory.
