Does anybody know why port 443 would be disabled on IIS5?
Im am trying to enable SSL on my server and it won't work.  I just get page
not found when I add the stupid S.  I have a suspicion that my SSL port is
not functioning.  I'm desperate for any suggestions no mater how remote they
might be.
