[thelist] <cferror> and NT/Unix differences

The fact that it functions properly under Nt still has me thinking that the problem
may be a casing issue. I would double check the filenames in the includes for case.
You may also wish to compare the configuration of the two servers, mapping directories
for the includes, and that that there are no other application files if the caller is 
in a subdirectory.
