[thelist] CSS2 Child selectors in IE5/Win

I am running IE5.0 and the example given seems to work.

Simon, I appreciate you taking the time to share this information with us.
I may end up using it in the future.  It does strike me as strange that
Microsoft got so close to implementing it correctly, but didn't get it quite
right.
