Exacto...at the risk of sounding sagacious, 

	Python = PHP     (Languages)
	Zope = eGrail    (Application)
	Zope <> FuseBox  (Fusebox is a framework, a suggested way of doing things)

I think both Zope and eGrail are worth a good, hard look.
