In OS 9 you need to open the "File Exchange" control panel and make changes
in the 'PC Exchange' tab. Just select BBedit for all of the file extensions
that you want to use it for (.html, .shtml, .txt, .cfm, .whatever). Use
Advanced Options for further control.
