[thelist] Access 2000 - Allow Zero Length Setting

Anyone know if there's a way to turn on Allow Zero Length by default when
creating tables?  I hate the annoying step of changing every column I 
create, and I can't find a setting which would allow me to set Allow
Zero Length as the default setting?  Anyone know if this is possible?
