Depends...

Well, yes, the ASP can be reworked.
Whether you can do it easily depends on who coded it at first.
The html may be tightly woven within the ASP code, and it may not. Both
coding approaches are feasible, and I've seen all kinds (and written all
kinds too.. shudder!)
