The IP address in your log is the actual visitor's IP, which is assigned by
their ISP when they dial up IF they don't own a dedicated IP.

AHHH, you men *WHERE*!  The only tool I know of that does anything even
close to this is VisualRoute.  It's primarily used for network
troubleshooting, but it will show you the location of an IP on an actual
map, which is PFC IMHO. :)
