yup, as far as I can make out their IP's are re-allocated at every page request,
and thats only for the ones they havent cached for internal consumption.

With the added, er, "benefit" that AOL (l)users can have their dynamic IPs
reallocated mid-session, not just every time they dial up like most ISPs.
Handy for tracking your users :-(

Eek.  Good luck.  We had some option in WebTrends reporting that did this 
except the problem was is, of course, wasn't accurate, so the top three 
were always:

   Falls Church, VA
   Dulles, VA
   Vienna, VA

Which, I'm pretty sure, is AOL skewing the numbers.
