Depends on the developer you're aiming at (and remember also that
developers don't have much influence on technical architectures).

Allaire have always aimed at the developer who is working for SMEs,
not the enterprise developer who's talking to big iron enterprise
systems (mainframe and the likes of SAP, Siebel & Manugistics).
