I'm involved with a group of designers/programmers/artists. We work, learn
and play together online. While there are plenty of excellent tools for
achieving this, we haven't really found a suitable 'unified environment'...

Like, something that blends the best features of Outlook, ICQ, FTP and Quake
:)

Groove (http://www.groove.net) is pretty cool, but since it's ASP based,
they have hosting control, we'd like something that we could host ourselves
(on a Win2K server)

Anybody know of anything like that?
