i'm puzzled. i was under the impression that this alert doesn't have
anything to do with cookies but with submitted form data. data passed on
with GET or POST is viewable by others. AFAIK all newly installed
browser (not just IE 5.5 and definitely not just outside the US) pop up
some sort of this alert the first time you submit a form.

or is it just a joke?
