[thelist] cookies: can a user edit them?

Why not just block them in the first place?? I check every cookie I get, if
it is a 3rd party its added to the restricted list. If a site tries to set
the same cookie a gazillion times, it gets blocked from setting anymore...

I regularly purge my cookie file of identifiers from ad servers. Just turn
the browser off, edit, turn the browser on.
