One major point: Some clients can only read plain text.  Otherwise, they
often get a 'winmail.dat' attachment that contains the formatting and any
'real' attachments that were on the email.

Ahem... sorry for asking, but what's wrong with HTML in e-mails ? I'm just
asking for your opinion, that's all.
