[thelist] Where do I place my remote JS file?

As I use include files and .js files, I create an include directory and a js
directory. That way, when I need to change anything, I know in what
directory to go. Also, knowing I have those directories, I never have to
wonder what my 'path' is to those files when dealing with larger sites.
