If the server worked one way before the switch and works another way after 
the switch - without prior warning - that's a screw up in my book.

Ask the admin if they will be offering separate cgi-bin directories for 
each site. If no, change ISPs. If they don't understand the question, 
change ISPs. If they can't fix it in about 5 minutes, change ISPs.
