Yes, the Dreamweaver angle is the easiest... it's sort of a hub which ties
together with specialized delivery editors, and which has especially close
links with both HomeSite and Fireworks. You can do text-editing in
HomeSite, use Dreamweaver for the previewing and other functions, then
click on graphics to jump immediately into Fireworks.

(I'm also not sure of the "frame" situation... might be a frameset, might
be a frame in a GIF animation, might be applying a stroke to something so
it looks like it's in some type of wood frame... sorry, not sure.)
