I would think that there is a army of copyright attorneys chomping at the bit.

What is the difference between:

A. Me dynamically modifying the content of your website and 
redistributing that content from my website.

B. Creating an application that does the same thing from the desktop.

The whole concept seems so surreal that it seems as though it might 
be a smokescreen for something even more evil ...

But maybe we should just hush up and hope it is the last act in the 
MS farce, found at warmonger.net - your comments were insightful.
