Looking for web-based software a company can use to manage its
freight needs. Examples: An employee in the Paramus office initiates
a shipping order which is then electronically transmitted to freight
companies for bid; then the bid is selected and the shipping is
arranged. The system tracks and consolidates payments, etc.

Anyone know about this?
