[thelist] Good Source for Good, clean, professionally crafted perl scripts

seems like this admin would be the best person to go to. If they have
specific or stringent requirements have them point you at some
where/person to provide a script that can meet those requirements. 
And like you say it's only got to send an email.. don't they have
something already you can use? you can't be the first person they've
come across to want to do such a thing...
