Doesn't the graphics lifting fall along the same lines as the Napster
ruling? Can't Microsoft be likewise held accountable?
If your page has "copyright" on it, can't microsoft be forced to
automatically disable the Smart Tags irregardless of what the surfer wants?

Unite all the Web Authoring and Graphic Artist organizations and bring
multiple class action lawsuites against Microsoft at once. It doesn't have
to wait till these hacks of their's are actually official does it?

I would think the adverse effects from the lawsuites would help force the
political judges on the supreme court to take action on the monopoly ruling.
Just my two cents anyway.
