I'm working on a bit of a redesign for our web site and would
appreciate any comments on how it looks. Input from Windows people

Your tweaks are a great idea... The current design really lacks
finesse and attraction [due to the lack of photographic images, etc]

What I would definitely suggest is a re-think of the "Real Estate in
Review" button... It does not fit into the site's design one bit..

Try normalising your design... There are many disjointed themes and
ideas flowing throughout the site, making it a very
difficult-to-follow user experience!
