Looks nice. Two minor points:

In your pdf at the bottom is says
"http://icongarden.com/resume/jstetser_resume.pdf". I assume this should say
"http://icongarden.com/resume/jstetser_resume.pdf"

On http://icongarden.com/whoweare.php, you might want to consider doing
something to show which guy is you (maybe a caption or something). And who's
the other guy?

Like I said. Minor points.  ;-)
