To install from the command line you'd get into the directory you need, type
rpm -i *name of file* and let it do it's thing - but if you use Mandrake, you
should have a package manager in your drakeconfig program (can't remember the
exact name off the top of my head) that will search for rpms on the install
disks and install them automagically!
